I have been taking Peggy's Bodyworks classes for a year now. I saw results in just three weeks after taking Peggy's class just once a week. I love how Peggy focuses on one or two bodyparts at a time. Peggy explains and demonstrates how to do the exercise correctly and corrects anyone who doesn't do the exercise with proper form. Peggy really makes everyone feel like they have accomplished a lot in her classes.
