I met Peggy of Rock Hard Bodies Personal Training when working out in my apartment gym while she was training another client. I have been working out by myself for many years and not seeing any results. I hired Peggy as my personal trainer and she has been training me two times a week & I am finally seeing changes in my body.

For the first time in my life, I am seeing amazing changes in my body and my stamina! My stomach is getting flatter! I have lost weight, inches & body fat! My core and back strength has improved dramatically. My legs and arms are now defined and I feel so energetic! I absolutely love Peggy's energy and the way she focuses on the areas that are important to me. I always look forward to our training sessions. I just turned 50 and have never felt better! I feel amazing and love how my clothes fit!

I am very thankful that Peggy came into my life & has helped me change my eating habits and my body. I finally feel like I am moving towards that HOT body I always dreamed of thanks to Peggy!

Peggy has been a very motivating factor in my weight loss. I met Peggy when she was teaching one of her spin classes. Once I started to take her spin classes regularly, she got me hooked. In January of 2008 I weighed 265 lbs with a 44 inch waist and started to work out but had no direction. After some time passed of taking several Spinning & Weight training classes with Peggy & private personal training sessions with Peggy the pounds started to really drop. I've held my weight off for about 2 years and still use Peggy as a motivating factor and take her classes regularly every week. As of January 2011, I am currently a 32 inch waist and 170 lbs. I'm also currently training to compete in several half ironman competitions this year. I'm thankful to continue to challenge myself with Peggy's help.

I have been training with Peggy Livingston, personal trainer & owner of Rock Hard Bodies for 5 months now & I have lost 24 lbs. I went from a size 6 back to my normal size 3/4. I have never met anyone that has such high energy and such dedication to see you succeed. Her workouts have given me more energy and more strength. I feel in such a short time I have seen so many different results with my body. I really look forward to our next workouts which are always with different equipment, tubing, bosu ball, stability ball, trx suspension training designed by the navy seals, bands, weighted balls. She also brings music if you want. I highly recommend Rock Hard Bodies Personal Training & Peggy if you want to see great results and have fun while accomplishing your goals. Peggy is also very focused on the safety of her clients & always follows up with me after training sessions to see how my body felt & to make sure I am staying on track with eating healthy & working out on the days that I am not training with Peggy.

Peggy is an awesome trainer. I enjoy training with her as she is very motivating. She helped me lose weight by motivating me to come to her classes when we were not training & encouraged me all the time with emails & text messages reminding me to exercise when we weren't training and to eat healthy. She advised me of what foods are nutritious & what foods are not. She keeps me in good shape with all the hard core but safe exercises. Peggy has helped me build muscle, gain energy and help me improve my core and back strength. She also helped me with the cardio workouts so I am now faster when I play tennis, softball & flag football. Every session we use different equipment. We train at the park with weights, body bars, ankle weights, bosu, stability ball, trx suspension training, and tubing. It's always a different workout. Peggy has changed my life & I highly recommend Peggy to train you if you want to change your body, change your life and your eating habits! Thanks to Peggy I lost 30 LBS and I am stronger, healthier, & feel better than I ever have!
