Rock Hard Bodies Personal Training offers the following services exclusively to males or females from the ages of 14 to 85 in Broward County, Florida.

Personalized At Your Home or At Your Office or A Local Park

Home or at your office workouts: Who needs the expense of a gym membership or the hassle of driving there, finding a baby sitter, waiting for equipment, etc.? I will come to your home or business or local park to train you! I will examine your unique weight loss and body composition goals, health limitations, and your personal fitness goals and design a workout just for you. I will bring all equipment necessary for your personalized workout including bodybars, dumbbells, medicine balls, mats, resistance bands, ankle weights, step, stability ball, bosu, trx suspension training, resistance tubing, pilates ring & workout music.

Nutritional Guidance

I will work one-on-one with you to devise a personalized diet plan that meets your nutritional needs and takes into consideration the foods you prefer. I will then provide you with the knowledge you need to create your own meal plan to your satisfaction. I am a wellness nutritional coach selling Purium Health Products. Pricing

Varies depending on where you live, if you come to my home to train or if I travel to your home or business. Very affordable pricing packages are available if you purchase 10, 15, or 20 sessions in advance. Discounted group personal training sessions are also available. Call your friends & organize a group and call me for special pricing. Discounted pricing is also available if I train you at the park in Deerfield Beach.
